  1. I agree with you that communication is the root of most problems. But communication starts with active listening!

  2. You have made a very good point here, and it’s made me think about how long Corporate America had been a man’s world. Sure, women have been in the corporate world for decades, and many are now in executive positions, but there are still some attributes of the man’s world in Corporate America today. So, I wonder how much of that has contributed to their perception of reality.
